Dr. Chapman and the staff at Greensboro Vet Clinic have been amazing in their treatment of our two dogs and one cat. We have taken our animals to them for regular treatments and for boarding and the staff are always friendly and accommodating to our animals when needed. Our animals are always excited to go see the staff at the clinic and I feel very comfortable leaving our pets with them for extended periods. We have lived in Tuscaloosa and Birmingham and by far Dr. Chapman has been our favorite vet so far. The prices at Greensboro Vet Clinic are more than fair and when our animals have had problems outside of normal business hours, Dr. Chapman has given us his person cell phone number to call for questions and emergencies. I cannot thank the staff at Greensboro Vet Clinic enough and will continue to use them for years to come. I would highly suggest this clinic to anyone in the west Alabama region.
We got two new puppies about 4 weeks ago. Brought them to the clinic for their last set of shots. The cost was probably appropriate. In the past the price has always been extremely reasonable. This time it was a little higher than what I was expecting but still not too high. The problem I had is taking them to the groomer who is on premise. She pretty much butchered the dogs. I was wanting a trim and she pretty much shaved them. These dogs do have potential issues with hair in the ears but I do not think having to cut the ears hair back short means you cut the hair on the tail all the way off. She must have put a number 1 guard on and shaved them all the way down. But then I got the bill to do both and was shocked. I will bring them back to the vet but I would not use the groomer ever again!
Staff was friendly and helpful with my dogs
I started taking all of my pets to Greensboro Vet Clinic in 2009 & even though I have now moved into Tuscaloosa, I still drive my pets there when needed. The staff & doctors are very friendly, & HONEST!! They dont try to "sell" you all the un-necessary treatment that other offices do - the docs will tell you straight up what is wrong & treat it quickly & easily! I will continue taking my pets there as long as they are in business!
